At Essex Teas we are dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within fifteen days of the purchase date for a full refund of your purchase price – shipping costs are non refundable. If a mistake was made in our error, then return shipping costs will also be refunded. Any exchanges are welcome and will not be charged an additional shipping/handling fees if the rate of exchange is for the same dollar amount. Refunds for items returned more than fifteen days after the purchase date will be in the form of credit redeemable on your next store purchase.
